Thank you to the sponsors, donors, partners, and all those who attended our picnic on Saturday August 21, 2010. We hope you enjoyed the food and activities. We had a wonderful time, spent with family and friends on a beautiful late summer day. We also hope you had the chance to make new friends and connect with the community.

Good work planning team with all the info laid out clearly. I am impressed with the well thought out organization of the event. I look forward to meeting you all.

  2. Ed Alipio Says:

Kudos to the planning committee on a very well organized event – and you did not run out of food this year! Nice seeing all of the sponsor booths.

The food was very good, but would really like to see actual “grilled ” food (Asian BBQ, burgers, hot dogs, etc)one of these years. Feels more like a “picnic” if something is burning.

Thanks for putting on a great event!

  3. Andy Yip Says:

Every year we are improving on the planning and marketing of the event, I look forward to next year’s picnic!

  4. The strength of our community continues to deepen as we strive to connect our friends, families, community organizations, and supportive businesses through events and programs like this annual picnic. This picnic is paving the way for so much more for our community. The best is yet to come…

Thank you to each dedicated leader for your continued diligence and vision!

Thanks for your work to put on the picnic. I enjoyed meeting new and seeing old friends. Great idea to have the booths; I got a few leads.

The kids enjoyed the sun, activities, competitions and prize, but not the sandwiches. Me neither. Perhaps we can revisit this part for next year – a BBQ instead?

There will be a “next year” and “many more to come”, yes? :-)

  6. Starr Macdonald Says:

Kudos to the planning committee. It is exceptional to see a high performance team as yours deliver on your mission and achieve your stated objectives. Thank you for representing your community, your organization and yourself excellently. A couple things I’d suggest: someone to be the cheerleader of the pre-lunch activities so you get individuals engaged upfront;a tug-a-war between organizations or something of that nature to prompt friendly competition; move the informational tables closer to the stage so individuals are pulled in to the main events.

  7. Robert Chen Says:

Thank you for a wonderful full day of fun and useful information. However, it can be better if you have an agenda or program for the day, so we can expect what is coming and what can we participate.

  8. Gil Says:

I continue to be amazed with the strong Seattle API community and with this event. Every year, the number of partners grow and that’s a testament to the intergroup collaboration at work!

Thanks to the planning committee. It’s because of volunteers like you that these events can bring a community together.
